Notes
- All test are performed in complete confidence, however a report will be sent to your G.P. unless you request otherwise.
- The Hull IVF Unit offers supportive counselling to anybody who has a fertility test.
- Payments for assessments and consultations are required in full at the time of booking.
- There is a £50 non-attendance charge if less than 48 hours notice is given of cancellation.
- We accept credit and debit card payments. Payments may be made over the telephone by the named card holder.
